N96 is not a rumour. It's detailes were accidently released on the Nokia Germany site. It does come with a 16GB Internal Flash Drive and is going to be the first S60v3 FP2 phone.

I also expect to hear a lot more about nGage (possible expansion of the first access to other devices) as well as Ovi service. Even Nokia Maps 2 preview has been released to some of the testers. We may see more of it here.

Expecting new Multi touch fones from Nokia and SE and the launch of Android based fones.
I dont think the touchscreen s60 phones would be ready so early. The operating system in those touch screen cell is going to be S60v5. And they are going to announce the first S60v3 FP2 phone, so i only expect some more FP2 phones. Touchscreen S60 phones would be a pleasant surprise!!

“The two new Cyber-shot™ phones that we have announced today share certain characteristics. Both phones place ease-of-use and best-in-class picture quality at the heart of their designs,” said Sven Totté, Head of Imaging Marketing at Sony Ericsson. “Yet both appeal to different audiences. Organize with a personal touch
Touch, type or write… Everything comes naturally with the G900. Organise your schedule, touch and tap to make calls and jot down notes before you forget it. The G900 works your way to let you get more into your day. It’s the power of personal touch.

The G700 will launch in Silk Bronze and the G900 will launch in Dark Red and Dark Brown. Both are UMTS 2100 and GSM/GPRS 900/1800/1900 phones that will be available in selected markets from Q2 2008.

Damn! I was considering G700 as my next phone. And then I realised it has no EDGE. Man this sucks. Why can't they add EDGE to their UIQ phones? Damn again!

The Nokia N96 is now official - the new Flagship

Nokia N78 - The New Candybar Nseries Device

The Newest Navigator - the 6210

Nokia's 6220 Classic - The Dark Horse

I'm not gonna brag about these devices. Their specs speak for themselves.

I must say Sony Ericsson has some really innovative and clever devices up their sleeves, real perks...!!
Second to none is Samsung attacking with their U900 Soul, damn cool phone. the F480 has a great user interface.
N96 seems to have crammed all the Nokia Nseries features into a thingamajig. nothing new, but could have been a runaway success, if only it could've moved away frm the age old design, n shud've included some intuitive interface and tricks.
