Grub Problem-Urgent

Hi,
I'm running a xp ubuntu dual boot.Just after booting, i get the grub> promt . I'm stuck here ... can anyone tell me what to do ?

Does Grub give any error messages before you get grub> prompt.?
Post contents of file /boot/grub/menu.lst and output of command sudo fdisk -l.

looks like you grub got corrupted. Try to fix it with SUPERGRUB
