a two year old cpu is here in which there is no graphics card slot, so iwant to know that is there any software that would improve the graphics quality of the system! will opengl do?

Open_Gl is an API used for writing 3D graphics & not a tool to enhance graphics for PC.Better upgrade your motherboard & CPU which will allow you a Graphic card upgrade.Else you'll just have to do with a sub-standard PCI card which IMO as good as dead stuff in terms of gaming.
