1) How many fans bundled with N620 ?
2) Do I need to buy thermal paste or it comes with fan ?
3) How to clear paste and apply new one ?

N620 = Hyper212 plus + one extra fan + 2 extra heatpipes.

Not really, 620 has 6 heatpipes compared 4 of 212+. Also the density and surface area of the fins are more. But Hyper 212+ with one extra fan performs close to a N620.

Sorry and I've edited my post. I didn't actually know that it have 2 extra heat-pipes than that os Hyper 212+ .

I have CM 120mm Non led fan spare (came with Haf 922)...or
should buy 2 CM Xtraflow ?
