1st of all post your full PC config, especially you monitor resolution.
* GPU -- MSI HD 6850 -- 9.4k
* PSU -- FSP SAGAII 500W -- 2.1k
But if you can increase your budget a bit more, then VX-450 at 3.4k will be a better choice.

which monitor are you using...i mean at which resolutions you game?

and that 10k includes both PSU + GFX card ?
