Graphic card needed.

A friend of mine has a intel D945GCPE mother board.
He wants to play some casual games thus need a cheap graphic card for his ancient one as he can't afford more. Budget around 3-5k.

VIP 350 Watt
Although if change in PSU fits budget (though I don't suppose it would) it can be considered.

will it be compatible.I read in DIGIT this month that it can't have a proper one.(It doesn't have a PCIe x16 slot)
I don't know too much about ancient ones.
how much is its memory and memory interface?

u need to get a new mobo or u can only run a PCI card

those above cards are all crap

I thought so previously. They are worthless but as I didn't know much about PCI types so I created the thread. Now I have told my friend to forget about these and if he gets a second hand in really cheap prices that too if he really needs it than to go further otherwise upgrade the ancient one.

yup, you need a new motherboard because getting a PCI card is a waste.
