graphic card enquiry?

Hi,
my pc configuration is: P4 3.06Ghz HT (533FSB) , motherboard Biostar 865GV Micro 775 which have a XGP slot , 1 gb ddr1 ram 400Mhz , graphics card Zebronics FX5200 256MB.
my question is ,will i be able to play fifa09 with this configuration or i need to upgrade my graphic card or ram?

my problem is i purchase my graphics card one week earliear and i connect it properly but my system is not running well it will hang up. some time my system will not working.
before installing gpu my system cpu usage is near to 10% most of time it is 3or 4 percent.but after installing min cpu usagage is 50% and i have go 2 click any thing it reached upto 100% and finally it will hang.
so plz give appropriate suggestion what i do for smoothness for my system.

That should be to 2d clock speeds not the 3d clock speeds.

Search the web for coolbits registry hack.

Install it.

Get into the nVIDIA display panel and then click on the Overclocking option and then click manual overclock and the 3d option and tell us what speeds it says.

first of all what does that mean ??

i just wonder how can one get into nVidia display panel ..when one has ATI RAEDON HD4870x2 and catalyst driver and CCC installed ....
