GPU and PSU for 13k.

Hey guys. A friend of mine wanted to upgrade his comp. He wants to buy a new psu and gpu in the above budget.. His comp specs include c2d e7500 and 4gb RAM. Can someone help? Thanks.
EDIT: He'll game at 1360 x 760.

13k is a decent budget -- get a GTX 560 @ ~10.9k and a Corsair VS 450 @ 2.1k or if your friend has future upgrade plans ( as the gpu will be bottlenecked by the cpu ) opt for HD7770 @ ~8.2k and Corsair GS600 @ 4.6k

Exactly i would like to reiterate those words....

my E7500 feels sometimes seems to be bottleneck with my HD6770.

6850 is 9k.....6870 for 11.5k

Don't even think of GTX 550 Ti .. get a HD6850 ( if you can at ~9-~10k ) or opt for HD7770.
