Google doesn't sell Nexus under its own name "Google Nexus". Its Samsung Nexus, LG Nexus, Asus Nexus. (Only three Im aware of).

Yes and warranty can be claimed from Asus only !

Its a super hit model in most of the countries,the delay was because of India not being in Google's priority list.

ASUS has officially launched the wifi and wifi+3g Nexus 7 today
Both models come with 32GB as internal storage.

Price: 32GB wifi only - 18,999 INR
Price: 32 GB wifi+3g - 21,999 INR

They will be sold by the retail partners of ASUS and not on Google's Play Store

Personally, i think the prices are exorbitant for a year old model
