Aware that it was fast losing ground to specialty search engines, Google has hired the services of an Israeli programmer, Ori Allon, to write smart algorithm to meet the dynamic needs of Internet users.

Called ‘Orion’, the new semantic search engine tool invalidates the old game rules of search engine optimization.

Google is fast losing out to Web 2.0 specialty search engines such as del.ciou.ous, del.iri.ous, it.com and digg, which work on the collective intelligence of the ‘crowd’ as against the impersonal mathematical logic of a web crawler.

^^ These are not search engines. They are social bookmarking sites.
When you say that they've hired a program to write an algorithm for them it means they are thinking proactively. Its always good to improvise yourself when you have time.
