) One of the main focus being the privacy and one of the main change being the applications showing frequently used apps and all the apps installed and dumping the idea of categories!!! So many improvements in the applications like the Epiphany web browser including the incognito feature atlast, this is one release that's not going to disappoint the GNOME users The live image for the testing of the GNOME 3.8 is yet to be released so that we end user's can have a mouthful of it

The new Gnome classic is also revamped and is designed to be more modern yet preserving the classic touch and feel even though feels like Gnome 2, it uses GNOME Shell extensions so we are basically using the gnome shell
