Gmail Drive in outlook exp

In the zone
I have used gmail drive for loading important office files. And in my inbox I have filtered all the mails that I had loaded in gmail drive to go to an label "DRIVE" and archive those mails.

The problem is when I click send & receive in outlook exp those files which I have loaded in the gmail drive are comming as mails.I dont want those mails to come in outlook exp.

Please help me.................

there will be an option in the settings of outlook to enable that the mails remain upon the server after the download, just enable it and u just have to download once and the data will not be removed from the server of gmail.

the mails will always come in outlook coz the drive usage is a kind of attachment mail...

If u enable this option of letting file remain on the server they wont get removed from the server,

Another way wud be to create another gmail account and use that to archive ur files and dont configure it in outlook, jus send ur attachments to the new account for backing up.

go to your web browser

go to the gmail site

login using ur id

go to the settings

get the filters setting

there u can use the filter to move that drive walla files in separate directory
