The 939 socket is definitely the best than 754s
But availability might be a problem.
MSI RS480 mobo is a good one @7000 which has tons of features and is based on ATI Xpress200 chipset.nforce 4 based mobos are very hard to find except the nforce4 SLI which are beyond our budget and is targeted at power users with 2 PCIE Gcards.It costs more than 12000.
