gigabyte 7850oc shuttering

speaker - creative A335


gigabyte 7850oc card in games there is a lot of shuttering ,updated the drivers but still problem persists.
for eg - it shutters in fifa 13 even when it shows constant 60 fps.
in sleeping dogs when riding a vehicle camera feels like constantly shaking giving a dizzy feeling after some time.

is there a way to correct it?

any suggestions ?

you referring to screen tearing or massive framedrops? .. turn on vsync and check .

vsync is on.its like tearing in fifa and sluggish in sleeping dogs.

Not sure, but it could be due to your PSU too.

1st of all, uninstall all the old AMD drivers from your system and then only install the 13.1 WHQL driver.

yes, A PSU can cause stuttering if it can't provide enough power to all componnents but in your case this may nit be the matter - to be sure just try with BFBC2 with everything maxed out and see whether the game lags or not.
