OP If you can settle for hd 7850 or GTX 660
than you CAN get
FX 8350-11.5k
Asus M5A97 R 2.0 - 7k

instead of

I5 3570/ I5 3450 -12.7k/11.5k
Gigabyte GA-b75m-D3H- 4k

you'll have abilty to overclock,BUT at the expense of GPU,and no amount of overclocking of a CPU can fill the gap between a Lower level GPU and Higher level GPU,(HD 7850<GTX 660<HD7870)besides intel CPU is known for is good gaming performence so even a non-overclockable CPU will out match an overclocked FX-8350,besides at FULLL HD res. Cpu generally has less impact on frameretes, and since you mentioned ONLY GAMING NOTHING ELSE,FX-8350 rig is not recommanded,

hope i Helped. . . :|

:+1:

harshil's config is good.. go for it.. if you can buy locally, you may be able to find lower prices.
dont sacrifice on the GPU. stick with 7870 and the i5. i5 is excellent for the present and next 1-2 years gaming scene.
