Can any one suggest me an AMD alternative?
How is the performance of AMD FX 6300 compared to i3 3220?It is available here @ 7.5K plz suggest me a compatible mobo in 5-5.5K range.Budget can be extended upto 45K.

1)Zotac gpu is handled by Smartlink network systems Ltd / Digicare .their service is good and zotac provides 5 year warranty.

2)no 3470 is faster than fx 6300 in every game.

3)Yes hd 7790 is faster than gtx 650ti.though i reccommend gtx 650ti boost/hd 7850 minimum for 1080p

4)you need a good mobo with good vrm design for oc fx 6300 so consider Asus M5A97 R2.0 as minimum.

ASUS M5A97 R2.0 isnt available here...... ASUS M5A97 EVO R2.0 is available for 7.5K
so that makes AMD FX 6300 + ASUS M5A97 EVO R2.0 =15K.......is this a better option over i5 3470 + GA-B75-D3H @ 15k???

I dont have any intentions of OCing the CPU or GPU so is it necessary to go for ASUS M5A97 EVO R2.0....also is there any possibility of price drops on 3rd gen intel processors after the launch of haswell processors in June.Is it justifiable to wait till June end??

if you donot oc cpu then get i5 3470 + b75 with eyes closed.much faster than fx 6300

M5A97 evo r2 is a very good mobo. It has a 6 + 2 VRM design and is a very good overclocker. Since Your Main purpose is Gaming and you dont want to overclock Go with the Intel Option. Go with a Quad Core Processor only from intel. The era of Dual cores in Gaming is coming to an end . Most games have started to use 4 cores. So get the Intel 3470/3450/3570 with Gigabyte GAB75M D3H. This would be a good option in Your case. There May be a price drop on 3rd gen but i am not so sure.
