Change the motherboard to Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3 @ 4.8K. For Gfx card, get the Sapphire HD 6870 @ 10.9K.

Please suggest me a config with i5 2400 processor for 30k

i only require Processor, motherboard, Ram, Cabinet, PSU and Graphics Card.

if you want i5 2400 then you will need to compromise with the gfx card which is not reccomended.for gaming first preference should be given to the gfx card.so buy the above config with the mobo changed to what cilus has suggested.

Even spending 100K you cannot build a config that will be future proof for coming 5 years, not even with a Sandybridge i7 2700K processor @ 18K. And believe me, after 5 years i5 2400 will meet the same fate of Phenom II X4 955.
So get the most optimized config for the budget and your requirements...that's the best we can do. But obviously with block upgrades the life span can be extended for both the configs, Intel or AMD.
But as per your current requirement, Gaming, AMD Phenom II X4 955 + HD 6870 is far better than a Sandybridge i5 2400 + a very cheap Gfx card, which is possible at 30K budget.

i5 2400 @ 11.8K
Intel DH67BL-B3 @ 5.5K

Total: 17.3K. I don't think you can get any good gaming config with your rest of the 12.7K. A budget of 35K/40K is good for Intel Sandybridge based config.

Not bad. Get a better PSU IMO.

BTW Are you sure your 80GB HDD is SATA not IDE? I doubt you can use IDE in that motherboard(or any other current mobo)

just to share one thing
one of my friend recently bought Sapphire HD 6870 1GB for 10.2k only at SMC a month ago
so squeezing this one instead of 6850 can be a good deal

PS:Fot those who'd think that SMC is showing different prices on their websites, then here is a tip for you:
"Dont go with their online pricing...90% the prices they offer when you talk to them face to face are 20%-30% cheaper"

for PSU get either Cooler Master GX 450W 80+ Bronze for 3.5k or Corsair GS 600W for 4k

^^ That is a very good config but I don't think i5 2400 is available @ 9.5K now. Otherwise the config is very good for 1366X768 gaming

@op,
how can you say that your i5 will be future proof.if games starts to have gfx requirement and quality of witcher 2 then even 560 will seem nothing.so be happy with what you will get now.at most think of only one year not more than that.

Is GX450 fom Cooler Master? If yes then it should be avoided at all cost. At 3K, get Corsair CX500 V2 PSU.

No Cilus...this GX series is a revised one
you can also check the reviews
the new ones are all 80+ bronze rated and the OEM is also different
