So 37-1.7k = 35.3k +Benq 21.5" G2220HD - Rs.8000

Total = 43.3k

Or else loose the GPU, say HD5770 to some GTS 250 @ 5.8k (Link)

So now you lose 9.7 - 5.8 = 3.9k.

39.1k total. Simple

Atleast you dont create separate thread for this :D (But next time try to post in Basic Guid to purchase thread)

You already chose everything.

Only thing is get i5 750 and Gigabyte mobo Gigabyte GA-P55-US3L @ 6.3k.

And for PSU go for VX550W @ 4.5k
Will be a good option for upgrading.

Get Seagate 1TB HDD around 3.3k

Now you're good to go.

As you mentioned Gfx card as HD 5850, I'm considering you want a gaming rig. Now at your budget, Core i5 is a very bad choice. They are over priced and at this price point you will get good AMD processors.

Here goes my suggestion:

AMD Phenom II X6 1055T @ 9.6k
Biostar TA890GXE @ 6.6k
2X2 GB Kingston DDR3 1333 MHz ram @ 5.2k
1 TB Seagate HDD with 32 MB Cache @ 3.5k
NXT GAMA @ 2k
BenQ 22" G2220 FULL HD LCD Monitor @ 7.5k
Gigabyte 550W @ 3.7k
Keyboard & Mouse & SATA DVD Writer @ 2k
Sapphire HD5850 1GB GDDR5 @ 15.8k

Total is coming around 55k. You can reduce the price by going for Phenom II 955 @ 7.7k, 500 GB HDD @ 2k
