Get hd 7950 for 22k. Nzxt gamma for 2.5k. Later when you have enough money get a good z77 mobo, cooler and monitor.
Else get hd 7970 at 26.5k. Dont know whether CM thunder can handle that.

my psu is having only 1x6 pin so i dont know will it be enough to handle 7950?
and is my cabinet bad?
and if i sell my cabinet i can get more 2.5k so we can add that aswell.

My suggestion:-

1. Add another 4GB RAM. - 2.5k
2. Get a better PSU - Corsair 550 -3k
3.Better Cabinet - NZXT CABINET GAMMA - 2.6k
4.Nvida 660Ti - 18k

If you sell the cabinet, get some fans for cooling.

To change your setup into a gaming rig get the following first:

Zotac gtx 760-21k
Seasonic s12ii 520w-4.2k, you need to sell off your cm thunder psu.

Later, when you have the money, get a full hd monitor.

Sell your power supply and cabinet which may yield you 4.5k more. Get seasonic s12ii 520 at 4k
gamma at 2.5k
hd 7950 boost at 23k

I think changing the motherboard, PSU and including a graphic card will do the job. Selling the parts to be upgraded can be sold which will yield another 3k at least.

Motherboard: Asus P8Z77 M pro (11000)
graphic card: Zotac GTX650ti (10000)
PSU: Seasonic S12II 430W (3600)

total: 24600

i think gtx 650ti will not be enough for upcoming games.

GTX760 for 1440x900 is not required IMO.
For cabinet, 300R will be good but will increase the budget.

760 and 7950 are neck to neck. In some games one is better and falls behind the other in some other games. 7950 has an advantage that it has 3gb vram. Both can max out gta 5 on ultra at your screen resolution. Buy a full hd monitor when you have enough money.

i think i will go with gtx 760 because its cheaper and its newer
and will buy seasonic 520 watt
but confuse which cabinet to buy?
