Gaming PC under 45K?

Hi,everybody!

I'm planning to build a gaming pc under 45k. I want it to be a pure gaming pc.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: TES : Skyrim (I've wanted to play it for soooo long!),Crysis, Black Ops,GTA IV,Mass effect 3 and every other awesome game. I could do without playing them at Ultra High resolutions,I just want to be able to play it 'the way it's meant to be played'.:-D

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans:45k is Ultra max.(Don't know how i'm going to convince my parents)

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Maybe after a year or so.I'd put a better non-overclockable rig over a less powerful overclockable rig anyday.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows 7,maybe 8 if it doesn't suck.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 250 gb. Not planning on getting a 1 TB HDD since prices are so high.I'll get one when the prices go down.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:Anything above 21 inch. 1920x1080p IS A MUST.What use would be a gaming rig without one?

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:Mouse & Keyboard,Speakers,Sound Card,UPS,Cpu cooler...

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:Sometime this June.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:Nope,But I've researched a lot about building one....maybe it's better to get it assembled?

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Kochi(Kerala). Hardly the tech capital of India...But i can go to bangalore if it's necessary. My dad hates shopping online but i could buy a few parts.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Not to be a jerk. But i'd prefer an Intel processor and Nvidia graphics card. I've heard Nvidia pays game developers so that their games play better on Nvidia hardware...
If you can squeeze it in, how about a GTX 560 or a Core i5 2500?(Dreams...)

Btw,This is my first time posting on a forum. I've read the guidelines but if i'm doing anything wrong....I'm really sorry!!!

A Warm welcome to TDF.

Your budget is kind of very less to hit a Intel Configuration. Even if its possible, then you are going to loose the performance from Graphics Card [with a very budgeted GPU].

That's a rubbish, thing you heard actually.

This Config can be overclocked.

Component | Make | Price Processor |AMD Phenom II X4 960T|7000
