Guys i am building a PC with a budget of 45k.
The components that i have selected are....

AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE 3.20 Ghz
2X2 GB Gskill Ripjaws
500 GB WD cavair Blue
GTX 560/GTX 460/HD 6850???
Benq V2210 21.5 inc full hd
Cooler Master Elite 430

*Guys, please suggest me a good Mother board and a PSU.
*What graphics card should i take out of the three(which gets me the best bang for the buck)/or should i wait for HD 6950 price to drop???
*Do i need a cooling kit for this configuration???
*Also if you have any other recommendations you are welcome(but i have a very tight budget, may be i can stretch it by 1-2k).

If You could have filled the Template it would be better but anyways..

1. 955 BE is No probs but if you can wait a month then BD will be out.
2. Ram is Fine
3. Get 1 TB Price difference is too less to ignore
4. Out of those I say HD6850
5. Monitor is OK afaik
6. Case is OK

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA 880G - USB 3 - 4.8K
HD6850 is sufficient for HD gaming.
If you plan to Overclock then yes else NOT.

Now My Recommended Config:

Intel Core i5 2400- 9300
Intel DH67VR - 4500
Gskill Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9S-4GBXL-1600
MSI R6850 Twin Frozr - 9800
HDD Seagate 500GB -1900
LG 22X SATA DVD- 900
Corsair GS600 - 4000
CM Elite 430 - 2500
Benq G2220HD - 7000

Total 41500

800 VA Ups to get it to 45K and ready to rumble :D

+1 for it regarding quality.

Higher price doesn't always means good quality.MSI R6850 Cyclone Power Edition has great build quality you can say best HD6850 card out there.

Intel Core i5 2500 will be better with Gtx 560Ti.

I saw in a graphics card round up that GTX 560(not Ti) is great value for money card and that it performs almost at par with 6950,and with extreme physx and tessellation(which are important for up coming games) thrown in it managed to outperform HD 6950.

You are wrong buddy, the 560 Non Ti performs just slightly higher than HD 6870. Even its bigger brother 560 Ti is little short from HD 6950. Also GTX 560 has hughe power consumption compared to the performance it offers.

They are already at 12-13k level. Next drop will be only after the launch of next gen cards. As Kepler would be delayed compared to HD7000, expect to see the drop in nVIDIA cards first.

@jaskanwar
yes i read that in chip mag july 2011.

Ok,thanks guys for your replies,But you will have to help me once more. For a gaming machine it is advisable not to spend too much money on processor(those on a budget) ,instead invest the saved money on a graphics and a monitor for a better eye candy. So ,as my budget was not big i had to look for processor in the range of 5-6k.So intel i3 and phenom II X4s were my only options.I previously chose phenom II X4 955 BE blindly because of 4 cores. But i searched and found out that the i3 beats the phenom most of the times. Also very few titles like crysis,BFBC ..etc uses 4 cores. So now i am really in a fix whether i should pick i3 or phenom II X4.because i cant ignore the fact that future games may be optimized to use all the 4 cores and Intel i5 is really out of my budget.
