Ans: Gaming, Battlefield 3, COD-MW3, Other High-End games, Little bit Audio/Video Editing(After Effects & Sony Vegas)

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 45k (50k max, Incl. Monitor)

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Not now, maybe later.

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Windows 7

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:1 TB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: 20-21.5 inch. Preferably 1080p.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Keyboard, Mouse.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: A time of 3 weeks.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes.

above config looks very good...

but get a WD black @ 6k if possible

also Dell s2240l @ 9.1K will be a better monitor as it has latest IPS panel

That monitor has a very good reviews .Also 4 GB would not be good enough for OP , Since He is doing gaming awa applications. So 2x 4 GB Gskill RipJAWS is a good option. And OP can get GS600 @ 4.3k . Only 500 bucks more.

If he can Increase his budget then 2X4gb G.skill and a GS600w PSU is the way to go

Since you are also going to do audio and video editing you can go for AMD FX 8150 / 8350 + ASUS M5A97 = 16k....

You may have to sacrifice on 1 component....
