I think its a decent phone from sammy for the price considering it is carrying great camera in both front and rear as well as brand new SD 410 chip.. some might have disappointment with the resolution but i think its fine and one won't even notice that much unless somebody looks really really close..

Considering its main competitors are lumia 730 ( around rs 15.5k)and that Xperia c3 ( around rs 20k), I'd say they have priced it perfectly. The sd410 is a great update.
If only Samsung provided a hd display, it could have been the perfect device..
( Moto, xiaomi have increased our expectations.)

If only Samsung provided a hd display, it could have been the perfect device..

HD or not, the first thing they need to do is tone down that bloated UI. unless they do it, S410 or S800, it'll end up giving customers the same poor experience.

one thing that i still fail to understand, why samsung can't place the volume and power button on one side. i have used a bunch of their phones and when i grab the phone with a single hand, and try pressing the volume button every time my palm would press the power button locking the phone. maybe i am not used to this kind of placement still looks odd.

But I think to utilise that 64 bit, you need atleast 2gb of ram. Plus, it's TouchWiz. So expecting a lot of Lag there.

Grand series pricing going down with newer models. Next Grand model would be placed around 10k IMO
Still, atleast 1.5GB of RAM would have been a better choice.

This is first Samsung phone i liked. Screen should have 4.3 inch that way it can provide good enough sharpness without losing clarity.

I don't really think cardgate is much of an issue and is nothing when compared to #bendgate.

Only a little thin paper can hardly manage to get into the gap. Apart from that, it's cool.

ARMv8. 3yr down the line most apps/games or even android OS itself will remove support for ARMv7 and move to ARMv8 like ARMv6 was removed from support list a couple of year back.

Yeah I saw that and lately there is no news of such issue looks like Sammy fixed it ASAP.
