I've just been to the XFX website and they seem to have an Alpha Dog edition with 8800GT only, not GTS; moreover, they don't list any 320MB version, only 256MB, 512MB and 1024MB for either GT or GTS. Please explain.

This card is XFX 8800gts with 320 mb memory. It is alpha dog edition as u can see dog on the cover.

Xfx requires u to log on using ur product serial numberfor support on US site.
And I coudnt find Indian site for xfx......I think rashi or aditya pheripherals are the distributors for xfx

This isn't about support and does not require logging in. The XFX US site *www.xfxforce.com/en-us/home.aspx?lang=en-us categorizes their models by GPU generation, specific GPUs, sub-variants and specific cards. The one you describe does not seem to be listed anywhere. If I somehow missed seeing it, I'll be glad to have it pointed out. Please tell us the exact model number of your card.
