recently my motherboard P4C800 failed to start.I had a P4 3.06 GHz(800FSB) socket 478 running on i with 2x256 DDR I RAM running,with an AGP 8x card.and SATA 160 GB.
after a neck breaking search in my place (all over chennai) i couldn't find a motherboard which supports SATA and has an AGP slot and also has a support for 800FSB. i got a simmtronics motherboard,which has an AGP slot and SATA but it runs on 400 FSB so right now.my 3 GHz processor is running @1.5GHz.
i understand that this is the time to move on to core2duo and PCIe,so i m selling it,if anyone wants it.
hence i want to sell this processor.please check the specs again.
its
3.06 GHz {800 FSB,socket 478,Prescott(supports HT)}
its over three years old now.since its more than 3 years old there is no point of having a bill.
if anyone wants the board also, i can sell it too, though separately i bought it for 2250/- last week( and has a one year warranty).
i might sell it for 2000/-
the mobo runs fine but my processor runs on 1.5 GHz on it,which is why i want to sell everything.
anybody interested in buying please quote ur price.
