Both these are the exact same model number and i had bought two of these especially for RAID-0
Dont know about warranty status - if it is 3 years or 5 years. One was bought in November 2008 and one in June 2008.

Im selling them because i need a 1.5TB in place of these (running out of space).

buyer hasnt paid for one hdd (hitachi 500 gb), and if i dont get payment by monday the deal is open again
