Friends Suggest Me a Best Configuration with best Performance for not more than 24k

Friends my uncle asked Me to assemble a best system with quality components but not more than 24k. I am thinking of amd phenom II with 2GB DDR3 etc..

Yes everything with or without ups but may extend upto 25k.

18.5" LCD from Benq/Samsung. LG costly @ 6k or so.
Logitech keyboard/mouse set @ 0.6k
APC 550VA @ 1.9k

total: 23.2k. expect pay 23.5k. still i'll suggest get Athlon II X3 (anyone which fits into budget). and with rest of money, get speakers. 25k, done.

One minor update. The price of AOC 19" TFT is 5.6k in Kolkata. So better opt for that monitor. It fits on your budget and it is a very good performer.

Well......Athlon II X4 620 @ 5k will fit in your budget. Otherwise as said by sam Athlon II X3 630 @ 4k will also come in your budget.

Well......for HDDI'm not sure about Samsung, so I would like to recommend 500 GB WD Blue @ 2.3k

One minor update. The price of AOC 19" TFT is 5.6k in Kolkata. So better opt for that monitor. It fits on your budget and it is a very good performer.

why the heck are such good products available for such low price at Kolkata (only)? at my place all monitor prices sky high.

Bijli comes with a default 450W PSU & for the above price & config, i not see any reason include a Corsair PSU, that cost 3k (where u got it for 2.5k?), as there isn't any graphics card.

Guys what about phenom ii 555 be or Athlon x4 630 Both are 5k which one is best i think phenom will be better because it has 7 mb cache and for monitor i think aoc .will be good choice within this budget .

phenom II x2 555 is best at gaming
it means u shud go for it if u only wanna play games
and its 6mb l3 cache not 7mb

otherwise go for quad core or at least triple core cpu by AMD
it will be far more future proof than dual core

i had a doubt phenom 555 has 6mb cache and Athlon x4 has 2mb cache whether this will perform better than phenom 555 and can you explain how if yes

it means u shud go for it if u only wanna play games
and its 6mb l3 cache not 7mb

otherwise go for quad core or at least triple core cpu by AMD

X2 555 is a X4 955 with 2 cores disabled (due to defects). however the chances that the 2 or at least 1 cores will work well. so my preference X2 555 over X4 630. however, if u not want take any risk of getting stuck to a dual core if for some reason the cores really defective, go for X4 630.

in terms of performance, it depends. if into into multitasking, X2 555 wil be behind X4 630. however if u into gaming at low cost, choose X2 555.

if Bio* not available, look for Asrock 785G based board(mATX. cause ATX one cost 6k). they will cost ~5k or maybe below. MSI 785GM E53 is another good choice. Asus & Gigabyte both will cost above of 5.5k. also ECS board u may look. i won't give particular model cause i not sure what u will find. just know if ECS, it should be part of its Black Series.
