Fonts not displayed properly in the dictionary in XP

I am using Stedman’s Medical Dictionary in Win XP and the pronunciation-guide-fonts are not displayed properly. What should I do to display them properly?

i am not sure, but to reapir winxp fonts file u can try 'tweak ui' a microsoft powertool. i think it has a repair fonts something option.
