I am looking to download files from various sites and I have found one site where I can able to download tutorial and videos but the problem is that I my internet connection is not very high speed and the file which I get is the link of hotfile.com which I can't able to download while taking few breaks...so is there any way that I can able to pause/resume the file....I use megaupload to download files I can able to pause and resume in it....so please provide me some help regarding this...

If you sing in for a free account at megaupload, you can pause and resume the download.

dunno but somewhere I got that free account works for resuming downloads but not for speeding up downloads.
