File Deletion Help

So after updating windows xp sp2 to sp3 on my old pc these annoying files(hidden) are created on my external hdd automatically.Is there any way to get rid of these files ?

P.S : Already tried with revo uninstaller. No luck .

Those are the folders on which the exe's gets extracted while updating and all. You can delete them simply or can use unlocker. But if you use System Restore or you think you need it in near future, keep them as it is.

^^ I tried to delete normally but it always says Access denied. And what is unlocker ?

Unlocker is a software to delete such locked files which you can't delete normally even with admin privilege :
UNLOCKER 1.9.2 BY CEDRICK 'NITCH' COLLOMB

now if you can't delete the file even with unlocker use a bootable live knoppix distro
