Fedora Core 3 Password..........

while installing fedora core 3 (provided in digit dvd) i entered a password...after the installation was completed and at the login it asked for user name i don't know the user name but i tried the username root and the password i gave while installation but its says wrong password. now iam unable to log in. what is the username and password ....

Go through the above to recover your root password

I installed FC3 a long time back! I think it asks for a defalut root password and afterwards a normal username and password at the time of Fc3 installation!
Try to remember both passwords and the corresponding username for root and other username u created !

Anyway I think upgradation to FC4 it will ask for creation of root password again !
