From my Old experience this model m/b one piece of Sh.....
I had hell of problems from the day of purchase.
U can better go for the same model in Mercury/Gigabyte.

For past two years i am using the same model in Mercury and its working like charm!

I Do not agree with u, I hv been using this mobo (INTEL D865 GBF) for the past 5 years .. yup 5 years w'out being hit with a single problem..

and i till continue to use it.. with my nVIDIA GeForce 256MB 7600GS AGP card and 512x4=2GB of DDR-I RAM....

Btw, to the OP:, sorry buddy, i hv no intentions to sell this piece of wonder atm.. but yes its one really stable mobo i must add..
