Explorer Gone??

I am using Internet Explore 7. When It is started, instead of showing INTERNET EXPLORER in the title BAR It Shows a name: Dipak Bhattarari.
What should i do to correct it.
Is is Harmful?

It seems your system was infected by viruses or spywares.
use good antivirus and antispyware to deep scan your system.After removing all suspecious entries Do it:

1. Go to Start -> Run
2. Type regedit and click OK.
3. Navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main
4. Right click, New and select String Value.
5. Type the string value as Window Title
6. Double click the Window Title and type the title you want in the value data
