Error message at startup

Hi friends,
I am having a IBM thinkpad with windows 7 professional. All drivers are installed and everything is working fine. (I mean the hotkeys for volume control located on the side of keypad.) I now recently installed Mac osx lion transformation pack. Ever since i installed the transformation pack, on every log on or restart, i get a error message stating,

Hot key is already registered It is possible that another program is using the arrow key switching hotkeys

and also, the volume keys stopped working (I tried reinstalling the drivers)
Please help.

Sorry i didnt mention, i need the transformation pack, yet solve this problem. When i uninstall, i dont get back my windows 7 for example, some icons and even the start menu remains apple.
