At 33K we can't suggest you a computer which will be future proof for three years for playing all the games. What we can suggest you a rig that can be upgraded to add more power in future.

AMD Phenom II X4 960T @ 7K
Asus M5A88M @ 5.4K
Corsair 4GB X 1 1333 MHz DDR3 @ 1.1K
WD Blue 500 GB SATA II @ 4K
Acer S201HL 20" LED Dsiplay (1600X900) @ 5.8K
MSI HD 6850 Cyclone Power Edition @ 8.7K
Corsair CX 430 V2 @ 2.2K
Logitech MK100 Keyboard & Mouse @ 0.5K
Zebronics 800 VA @ 1.8K

Total: 36.5K.

this the rig i'm going to buy.(note: these prices were taken from flipkart)
if you buy from local dealers in india you can get this config 1-2K cheaper
at a lousy budget like 30-33 grand you can't get a future-proof rig you can get a temprorary(read as 1.5 years till it becomes outdated)rig
if you want I5
swap i3-2100 for i5-2400 + intel DH67CL mobo but remove the graphic card. total(with other components from the config above) will come to 34k minimum

Whatever, the reason is, get Corsair Value select ram instead of Transcend ram. You'll get 10 Yrs of warranty

i5 2400 with 7750/6750 would be better no. It's for me. I don't want to create another thread. If I sack the graphics card the configuration would be enough for htpc?

@tanveerpa 7750 is better than 6750,7750 is in the category of 5770/6770.BTW for more future proof rig go for quad core at least.

Get Corsair Value Select in place of Vengeance as you won't need the 1600MHz clock of it as 1333 is the max. supported by your CPU and Mobo.

Get ASUS 24x optical drive instead of LG.

Cooler Master Elite 430 is a better cabinet but it's cost is around 3k so do keep that in mind.

Both DELL and Samsung monitors are good so choose whichever you like most or find cheapest(A.K.A. New favorite :p)

Don't get CM 430 unless you really want to show off.spend the same extra 2k on a better graphics card like POWERCOLOR HD 6770 or HD 7750
The Dell IN2030M has a 20'' LED screen with1600 x 900 reso.
monitor is your choice
you can get a cheap set of speakers assuming sound is not your primary concern
also get an appropriate UPS you dont want your rig to get fried because of a power cut ,do you?
also get the asus DRW what sunE specified if your into heavy disc burning(or can spend a bit more)
Flipkart prices are indicative and depending on your bargaining skills you can get components cheaper at indian local stores
