DVD writter problem...plz help...

When i insert a plain dvd into ma dvd writter it's showing like tat mentioned in tat picture i uplaoded....and it's aslo showing "Free space":0 bytes and "Total size":0 bytes....y is this showing like this...

As I am unable to see what image u have uploaded, I am not clear what ur problem is

however if u r inserting empty disc into ur DVD drive, it will show that full space = 0 byte and empty space = 0 bytes as the disc is not formatted for win to read

I think this will do

however u can always write down wat message is given and post here
