Dual sim phone less than 10k with both the sim slots as 3G

The Yureka supports 3G on both SIM, LTE on one ( the option shows ) but not simultaneous 3G on both SIM If one of the SIM is 3G/LTE, the other becomes 2G automatically.

It plays 1080p videos without any lag, I've played a 1GB 1080p DTS x264 HD Video file of 4minutes via WiFi ( shared on PC, accessed using ES Explorer )
