Downloading Youtube without hanging in between

hey guyz..
i've been trying to download these youtube videos but its not working at all. I mean i've tried downloading from various sites like www.downloader9.com but the prob is that while downloading it gets stuck in between in the built in download manager of firefox. it doesn't progress at all.. Infact when i try downloading it from other download managers, it doesn't even start, it says error: connecting to server.

Nah, DL managers dont work since such servers prohibit multiple connections from same ip. Just use some firefox extention to do it, or if you use opera, let the video load fully and then copy it somewhere else from the cache folder.

If you want to download youtube videos just go to www.savetube.com and post the web add. of the video in youtube.com
I use savetube alot because I like saving youtube videos

Try to use other browsers if the download seems to be hanging

search "techcrunch youtube" on google...and thre u ll get a link...just enter the url of he vid frm youtube and the vid gets downloaded without any hassles..!
