downloading thru P2P

hello frns i wanna knw hw to download stuffs via P2P clients ... i want to do this from my college PC...but the problem is that it is banned ..so ant third party s/w to do this???

The ports there are disabled by firewall
Even 3rd party s/w won't work

Best 3rd party option would be buying some php based linux server web space then use any php based bit torrent client in the web space, transfer the data on ftp servers now download from College
