i hav a broadband connection at home tht i use to download stuff from RS

but am at college on weekdays and the college admin provides limited bandwidth to us... so i cannot leech while i am at college so i need a download manager that has a web interface so tht i can set up a server at home and control (add remove pause ) downloads over the net......
