Really sorry for a personal qustion. but I am wondering that when you can spend USD 100 at-least to buy a script but wont spend money a proper domain ??

Please note vb would consume heavy resourses and it is recomended to move to a better paid host offer better server resoures in case of file server as well as DB services :)

anyway, in case of domain to hosting link, you are in need to obtain the NS server address of your host which keeps record of your hosting account with information on its NAT table about the domain which you are about to use.

Then please change and add the NS entry to your domains DSN control panel to point it to that NS service :D

wait upto 72 hours (usually with cctld / tld and indian ISP its around 2 hours at max)

and in case of a pirate version what if some guy reports piracy?
Use phpbb or smf and get a paid hosting.that would work perfect

Completely agree! Forget about hosting, but at least chose a domain name wisely. Ppl / visitors know your site by the domain name. If the site becomes popular, you can't even change that later.

It may be pirated. Use forums like smf that i run on my site *forgotforum.com/forum its very easy to run it. Even though it has many erros.
