Do i really need RAM with heat sink for gaming

Dear sirs i am gonna buy 8 gb ram ddr3. 1600mhz. I saw plain ram are more cheaper then vengeance and ripjaws x. My question is that since i will only do gaming without overclocking ever do i need heat sink rams of those models. My specs are fx 6300 gigabyte 78lmt-usb3. Sapphire-radeon-r9-390-nitro. A bit congested cabinet. Stock cooler only. My cpu temperature did shoot in gaming. So i will buy third party cooler too most probably. So considering combined budget and investment to outcome ratio do i need ram with heat sink? Or plain good company ram and cpu cooler is enough. I will update my cabinet image shortly.

Corsair Value Select 8GB 1600Mhz - 3k is enough.
Regarding CPU Cooler, you can go with cheaper alternative for a stock heatsink like Deepcool Gamma Archer -Rs.525 or you can go with somewhat better heatsink like Cooler Master Hyper 103 -1.5k
