DISPALY IMAGES !!

Help Me Iam not getting any cool display images with animation in it of 80 x 80 pixels! :cry:

I got some nice images but size was a problem then i tried editing by paint which stole its animation! :cry:

Please guys help me iam getting more envious day by day by seeing others display images :evil:

The best was Garfield eating continuosly and a child(infant) smoking!
Please tell me some sites and how to edit it? :wink:

Use Irfan View for editing the avatars....

use image resizer power toy for xp and then resize any picture to the desired size.Its also included in autopatcher...look for it
