Digit 2006 'play' DVD not working

As soon as I pop in my DVD, my pc slows down and nothing else happens. After 5 minutes or so I get an error which says that Digit multimedia has caused an error and needs to shut down. Help me please! It's only the DVD which is good among the provided discs.

You have Flash 9 installed? Maybe that must clear the issue. Also, is the disc readable? I mean Rightclick > Open is possible or not?

The disk is readable but the response is really slow. How do I check the version of flash player?
