Dell XPS 15 i7 Should buy or not ?

I am planning to buy a laptop. I am an avid designer, gamer and programmer. Love watching movies.
I narrowed down on dell because of their service and name. DELL XPS 15 actually. Now these are my queries:
Questions:
1. What Dell DPC Latency, I mean is there any reason I should not buy Dell.
2. Does the graphics card have to be 1GB and still perform better than a 2GB GFX card ?
3. Is there any cheaper laptop of equal or less than equal price ?
This will cost me around 63,000.

Dude, that's exactly the specs I've placed order for. It will get you through most games in the years to come on at least mid to low settings. Anyway, what exactly is your use and what is budget?
