Defy plus dev support

Hi guys i am new here and currently using Samsung galaxy 5. Yesterday I ordered a motorola defy plus from ebay. I want to know is there any dev support for Defy plus like the original Defy? I am confused because i visited xdaforums and there is no separate section for Defy plus.

you can flash Defy rom on Defy+. may users are using Defy's rom on the upgraded model. MoKee OS Beta 0.3 this rom is for Defy but can be flashed on Defy+ if you read first page.

Both the phones use the same chipset, and have almost identical hardware. So, any ROM for either can be used in the other. The only difference is that one comes with a GB kernel and the other with a Froyo kernel. So, Defy ROMs can easily be used in Defy+ devices?

if you install Defy rom in Defy+, just keep on charging some more minutes after it is reached 100%, and just battery leftover indicator might not work accurately for you, otherwise everything will be fine

and there are some defy+ roms also available
