Database preferred by Banks

Hi

Anyone have idea which is the most preffered database for designing banking solutions, Microsoft SQL server or Oracle?

If SQL Server then, do SQL Server supports bulk data and many concurrent transactions?


2. Is SQL Server anyway lower than Oracle?

i guess its oracle, but not sure
