CPU upgrade help

I have been looking for a cpu under 10k and I found this

AMD Phenom™ II X6 1075T Black Edition and
AMD Phenom™ II X6 1055T Black Edition

they have a little difference in their cost but I want o know whether my psu will be able to run it or not.
current config: Intel E7200 @ 3.4 Ghz
Kingston 4gb 667MHz ram
Zotac GTX 465
Asus P5gc mx 1333

upgraded motherboard and ram will be
Gigabyte GA-M68MT-S2 and
2X Transcend 2GB DDR3 1333 Mhz

My psu outputs 35 amps at 12v rail.
Will I be able to power up the 1075t BE?

What type usage for the CPU? Unless they are multi-threaded software then i5 2400 is a far better choice.

Zebronics platinum series 700 watt psu which looks more like 450 watt psu.Gives 35 amps on 12v rail. That means:

35A*12V= 420watts
