I am thinking of following config:

Processor: AMD 3.3 GHz AM3+ FX6100 Processor - Rs.8025
MB: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 - Rs. 5200
RAM: G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC RAM * 2 - Rs. 6384
GPU: HIS AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6870 IceQ X GPU 1 GB GDDR5 - Rs. 12733

Total Cost: Rs. 32342

Please suggest me

The config you've chosen is perfectly balanced. However, FX6100 is available at 7.2K in smcinternational.in, so get it from there. Also I don't think 16GB Ram is required for your requirements, so settle with 8GB for now.
With the saved money, I will suggest you to go with FX 8120 @ 9.4K which is good amount of powerful than FX 6100.

From where are you getting the components? Smcinternational.in has the lowest price for the AMD FX 8120 CPU.

There is no need to change the Ram now as Dual channel performance is not very high in most of the cases and sometimes it is actually worse. Add another 8GB module any time later.
