Please help my friend upgrade his old system

dual core Intel e5300
intel pr31 mobo
512mb galaxy 8600gs
2gb ddr2 ram

Web browsing , photoshop , gaming (fps doesn't matter)-counter strike ,team fortress 2 ,gta

Planning to dual boot ubuntu and windows 7

get pentium g2020 @3.5k and gigabyte ga-h61m-d2h at 3.5k.
you need to change your ram.get corsair value select 2gb. try to sell old components. i dont really see an upgrade option with that low budget though.

increase budget a little (~10k) and get a i3 instead.
